Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped out ASAP   When we have big sales or promotional offers we may take a little longer to ship your order.

We use Aramex tracked deliveries they try really hard to get them to you ASAP but this is never a guarantee so please always allow 2-3 days. Rural customers should allow an extra couple of days just to be on the safe side.  

Please note our parcels are sent without needing a signature on delivery this means if you are not home your parcel will be left where NZ Post deem it to be safe.  If you require a signature delivery please just contact us we can arrange this for an extra charge these shipments will require a signature on delivery or for authority to leave a photo will be taken. 

We do not offer a free pick up in store option.
